1. What NameGema is

NameGema is a symbolic name-analysis platform, based on a proprietary methodology (Nomesofia) combined with numerology and AI support. The platform calculates a deterministic diagram from the letters of a name, identifies combinations and points of attention, and organizes all of it into a structured study.

NameGema is not a physical or mental health diagnostic service, does not predict future events, does not replace professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial guidance, and does not guarantee outcomes of any kind (money, employment, marriage, or success). The entire methodology is presented as a symbolic self-knowledge and reflection tool — results and insights may vary from person to person.

The numeric calculation is always deterministic (the same input always produces the same result); artificial intelligence is used only to generate name-variant suggestions and to write the interpretation in natural language — never to invent or alter an already-calculated number.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or purchasing an analysis on NameGema, you state that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part, do not use the service.

3. Eligibility

To purchase an analysis, you must have the legal capacity to enter into contracts under the laws of your country of residence. Minors may only use the service with the authorization and supervision of a legal guardian.

4. What's included in an analysis

A purchase grants the right to one full analysis (of a person or a business), including:

• —Initial diagnostic of the name currently in use
• —Unlimited access to the calculation lab to test variations, during the study's active period
• —Up to 5 rounds of AI-assisted variant suggestions (up to 12 suggestions per round, 60 total)
• —Confirmation of a final alternative (or keeping the current name)
• —A complete 60-page study, available for web reading and as a PDF
• —Practical guidance for using the chosen signature over 40 days
• —Up to 5 signature-practice photo reviews

The free calculation lab (available on the home page, no signup required) is an unlimited demonstration of the calculation engine — it does not include the full study, the AI suggestions, or the signature guidance, which are part of the paid analysis only.

Access to the published study (web reading and PDF download) is available for 120 days from publication. After that period, the content is no longer accessible through the platform.

5. Payment and refunds

Each analysis is sold as a one-time payment, with no subscription or monthly fee, priced at R$297 (Brazilian reais), US$59 (US dollars), or €59 (euros), depending on the currency chosen at purchase. The price is fixed and set by our server — never calculated or altered in your browser.

If you request a refund before consuming your right to the analysis (that is, before confirming the final name and requesting generation of the full study), the refund cancels the unused right. If the right has already been consumed (study already generated), the refund follows our support policy, evaluated case by case.

Payments are processed by a specialized third-party provider (Stripe); NameGema never receives or stores your full card number.

6. Data you provide

To generate an analysis, you provide the name to be analyzed (yours or a third party's that you're authorized to represent, in the case of businesses) and, when applicable, date of birth and signature-practice photos. The use of this data is described in detail in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for ensuring you have authorization to submit third-party data (for example, when analyzing the name of a business you're not the sole owner of).

7. Account and security

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately in case of unauthorized use.

8. Ownership of generated content

The study generated for you is for personal use (or your business's use, in the case of a business analysis) — you may save it, print it, and use it freely for your own purposes. Reselling the generated content as a third-party product is not permitted.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated by email or a notice on the platform before taking effect.

10. Referral program

You can generate a unique referral link to invite other people to use NameGema. When someone signs up and makes their first purchase using your link, you receive bonus credits — but that credit is only granted 7 calendar days after the referred person's payment is confirmed, and only if their purchase hasn't been refunded during that period.

If the referred person requests a refund within 7 days of their purchase, the corresponding bonus credit is not granted — even if it was already marked as "on the way" in your account. This rule exists to prevent the program from being used fraudulently (a purchase followed by an immediate refund).

There's no limit on referrals, and each granted credit has the same validity as credits purchased directly. The program may be adjusted or ended at any time, with no retroactive effect on credits already granted.
